New City Projects Represents Armenia at International Property Show 2026 in Dubai

New City Projects participated in International Property Show (IPS) 2026, a major international real estate exhibition held from September 7–9 at Dubai World Trade Centre. This year marked Armenia’s first-ever representation at one of the region’s largest real estate exhibitions.

Over the course of three days, New City Projects introduced an international audience to Armenia’s real estate market, the country’s investment opportunities, and the company’s residential developments in Yerevan and Tsaghkadzor. The real estate developer showcased four premium- and business-class projects at its stand: Lotus, Orion, and Novem in Yerevan, as well as Pallada – a large-scale multifunctional residential complex in the heart of Tsaghkadzor, Armenia’s best-known ski resort and a year-round tourist destination.

Participation in IPS 2026 provided an opportunity to present Armenia to a broad international audience and engage directly with investors, real estate professionals, and prospective buyers from the UAE and other countries. Discussions focused particularly on property ownership opportunities for foreign nationals, the development of Armenia’s high-quality residential market, and the potential of Yerevan and Tsaghkadzor as destinations for both living and investment.

“Participating in International Property Show was particularly significant for us, as this year marked the first time a real estate developer from Armenia was represented at the exhibition. We wanted not only to introduce New City Projects and our developments to an international audience, but also to highlight the opportunities offered by Armenia’s real estate market as a whole. The interest in our projects and the new connections established over these three days reinforce the importance of continuing to represent Armenia on international platforms,” said Vahe Davtyan, CEO of New City Projects.

During IPS 2026, Gevorg Papoyan, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, visited the New City Projects stand, where he met with the company’s CEO. They discussed the development of Armenia’s construction industry and residential real estate market.

The company’s stand was also visited by Artak Avetisyan, Consul General of Armenia in Dubai. During his meeting with Vahe Davtyan, they discussed current trends in the Armenian and UAE real estate markets, as well as prospects for the sector’s further development.

In addition, the head of New City Projects met with Marc Tarrago Galceran, Executive Director of AIM Congress and International Property Show, to discuss the company’s participation in IPS 2026 and share his impressions of the event.

The exhibition in Dubai marked an important step in expanding New City Projects’ international connections and promoting Armenian real estate beyond the country’s borders. Over the three days, the company established new business contacts with real estate professionals from different countries, investors, clients, and potential partners. The interest shown in the projects presented and the opportunities offered by the Armenian market has laid the groundwork for the further development of New City Projects’ international cooperation.

In 2026, the International Property Show was held for the 22nd time. According to the organizers, the exhibition brought together 280 exhibitors, with participants and visitors representing more than 190 countries. A total of 48,740 people attended the event.
