When making a purchase with a mortgage loan, we cooperate with Ameriabank. The advance payment is 10%, the annual percentage rate is 13-13,5%.

When opting for phased repayment, a 15% advance payment is made, and the remaining amount is paid according to an individual schedule before the end of construction.
